Making integration happen in practice

In this session Sam Jones, chief executive of Centene UK, and Manuel Bosch Acros, director of innovation and strategy at Ribera Salud, will look at some of the practicalities of making integration happen, drawing on a range of learnings nationally and internationally.

They will look at:

• the core buildings blocks of developing a patient centric system, namely clinical leadership, human resources and technology
• the crucial role of primary care in this journey
• workforce initiatives.

The application of these learnings in the NHS will be viewed in the context of Centene’s work in the UK to date.
