In this session we will hear from Prof. Tim Briggs, chair of the Getting It Right First Time programme. This programme offers a clinical-led approach to improving quality and productivity across primary care and acute care services, delivering significant benefits to patients and staff. We will also hear from Neil Griffiths, Managing Director of TeleTracking, who are working with the NHS to reduce operational complexities so they do not stand between patients, frontline staff and effective quality care.  Tony Chambers, CEO Countess of Chester Hosptial, will also be speaking.
