Time to Care: A Deloitte Workforce Event

The CHN would like to announce the second instalment of their Spring programme. We will be working with Deloitte to discuss how we can address the workforce crisis facing Europe at the moment.

Across European countries, hospitals are facing similar challenges due to a disparity between demand for hospital care and the lack of resources available to meet these demands. The Deloitte research taskforce “Time to care – Securing a future for the hospital workforce in Europe” has explored hospital workforces across Europe and found that although every country has different approaches to health workforce planning, issues surrounding hospital workforces are something they all have in common.
