Sir Simon Stevens looks back at 33 years in the NHS

Pam and Penny were delighted to interview Sir Simon Stevens face to face in a London studio on July 14th, as he prepared to step down from his role as Chief Executive of the NHS.

Topics covered were as wide ranging as how NHS management has changed, the outlook for health inequalities, what next for primary care and what positives, amongst all the challenges, the reaction to Covid has wrought.

Simon is typically frank and engaging discussing the institution of which he has been such a central part of the last three decades.
