Penny Dash

Penny Dash, a doctor by training, is Chair of NW London Integrated Care System (ICS). Until summer 2021 Penny was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, leading their healthcare work across Europe. Prior to joining McKinsey Penny held a number of roles including Head of Strategy for the NHS, non-executive director with Monitor, the regulator of Foundation Trusts and vice Chair of the Kings Fund. She worked with Boston Consulting Group from 1994 – 1999, has a MBA from Stanford Business School in the US and worked as a junior doctor across London.
