The HBI Policy Summit

Article

A new EMEA forum for healthcare policymakers/payors, the HBI Policy Summit, has been set up by publisher HBI in association with McKinsey & Co to better enable discussion between European health systems.

The conference on 8 April looks at how telehealth and telemonitoring is revolutionising service delivery, with examples from across Europe, and how healthcare systems need to change to enable the adoption of digital health, based on real experience. Speakers include Clemence Mainpain from the Ministry of Health in France who is implementing hospital reform in France and looks at the lessons from consolidation, Tom Kliphuiz, CEO of VGZ, one of the top 2 Dutch statutory insurers, and Matthew Swindells, deputy CEO, NHS England. Tickets for the one-day conference can be bought here at a cost of £97 for public sector members if they input the promo code POLICY2019.

The Summit is followed by HBI 2019. Now in its ninth year, this 2-day CEO-level event, focused on for-profit health care, brings together over 600 delegates from 40 countries. If you are interested in attending HBI 2019 as a policymaker at reduced rates call 00 44 207 183 3779.
